The Agribusiness industry now offers enormous prospects, with India ranking as one of the world's major agricultural producers in terms of value. Many Agribusiness companies are started emerging across India. Several innovations and changes have occurred in this industry over the last few decades. These include increasing organised sector penetration, contract farming growth, agriculture becoming more mechanised, accessible loan facilities, increased exports, agrochemicals and high yielding seeds, and a growing role for the private sector in processing, branding, and marketing other things.
