Refund and Cancellation Policyd

Due to the nature of the services, TheCareerHub services are non-returnable.

TheCareerHub does not process refunds on availed services. In case the client has paid a certain amount and NOT availed the service, the TheCareerHub customer service team will refund the amount in the client’s registered bank account within 7 working days.

1:1 sessions, packs, and webinars

Cancel a confirmed 1:1 session more than 24 hours before it starts and the payment is refunded. The counselor does not earn that session. A pack credit used on that booking is restored. Inside 24 hours, the counselor still earns the session and the credit is not returned.

Webinar seats cancelled more than 24 hours before the start are refunded. A host who cancels the event is expected to refund every paid seat.

Unused sessions in a pack expire six months after purchase and can be refunded pro-rata by the support team.
